Engineering healer definitely. The goggles give it away!

Considering they're going with different playstyles for each class, I doubt we'll get ANOTHER heavy melee/tank. I like the Trooper idea with a ranged tank of some sort, or maybe even using an engineering pet class as a tank. Throw lots of gadgets in the way of the boss to keep them off others! And I wonder if one of the other classes might be a melee/healer, like if an enhancement shaman could heal instead. Hmm...

I for one hope it isn't restricted to one-weapon type per class, it kinda worked out in SWTOR, but I still found myself disappointed and frankly bored. The more options the better, if I wanna screw myself over by using an inferior weapon type just because it looks cooler, it would be up to me to adjust my playstyle to suit the weapon. Which in itself is rewarding enough. Options options options.

That's obviously not a Mechari. It's wearing clothes and has goggles!

I lament the loss of my first character. First thing I was gonna make was an Aurin warrior. But the Warrior page has the Aurin greyed out. Sad for me.

I feel you there! I had a spunky short warrior planned. I'm waiting for the other two classes to see what they are and if they'll be available to the Aurin, otherwise she'll make the shift over to human. I'm glad my main can still be a spellslinger!

Until the other 2 classes are revealed, I have plans to make a Cassian Spellslinger. Really hoping for an Engineer or Trooper class!

I certainly am hoping for a variety of weapons for each class. I would love to try a Spellslinger, <cough>Guncaster sounds cooler<cough>, with something besides just pistols.

I'll most likely be going healer so right now it's Esper but I'm hoping there will be another healing option. :)

Same here. Aurin Warrior was the only class/race combination I really wanted to play. No other combination really hit the spot for me.

Cool, right now I'm hoping the Mechari gets a class that can heal or the 4th race of the Dominion does. :)

There is currently 1 Heavy armor class, 2 light armor classes, and 1 medium armor class. So i'd expect 1 Heavy and 1 Medium.

Using my prediction of Str/Wis and Tech/Magic, really both classes could go either way as far as those armor types.

By heavy, I wasn't referring to the armor, I was just talking about someone who uses big weapons in melee. Like in WoW a Death Knight is similar to a Warrior and a Paladin in a lot of ways. ;) We have the Warrior in WS for that already, we'd be more likely to see someone ranged.

As for armor, I definitely expect whatever tank class they have will have at LEAST medium, if not heavy armor. Definitely agree with you there.
