Then make a Mechari.
The screenshots to me look more robotic than "plagued humanoid". The early concept art looked like a zombie and the more I see it looks more like a robo-Frankenstein.
The Mechari are a race of robotic people. The Mordesh are robo-Frankenstein space zombies. Might as well go full robot so you don't have to worry about running towards a node to mine and your leg suddenly falling off.
Hmm, I have an entrepreneurial idea targeted towards a mordesh audience...
I'll invest in there for a stake in the company. Especially since My little Chua will be blowing them to bits. I'll start up the body part "donation" service and run the market.
I assure you the Vitalus Serum halts all organic matter from deteriorating nobody's legs will be "falling off"
Super cool concept! But from screenies and other sources, I'm gonna doubt that this will be a thing. But one can always hope and it is still in beta.... And I am talking about the picking where you want your vitalus tank to be, not the butt thing.
Is it really better?
We don't know yet if the Mord's can feel and taste things. If they were fully robotic those little ''pleasures'' may be destroyed.
''Feeling alive'' has it's worth to some, specially to a race that long to be ''alive'' like they used to be.
No, I can see the Mord's point for not wanting to become full robots.
Also you have some extra secundair problems with becomming full robots. Who controls you? Are you imuune to computer virusses? What about EMP? etc. etc. etc.
Both sides have their worries, as I can imagine.
I'd say it is a million times better.
The Mordesh are disease infested scum and probably lost all feeling and taste when they infected themselves and started to rot away.
A robot can be programmed to feel alive.
Nobody controls the Mechari since the Eldan disappeared and they are just executing the commands in their programming. They are probably immune to any viruses the reject exiles can develop and I'd imagine they have some sort of EMP shielding, etc.
I'd say the Mordesh have a lot more to worry about than the Mechari.
I presume they're intravenously fed. I have this image of Subject Delta from BioShock 2, holding up his wrist as there's this sucking sound and my EVE bar gets refilled.
The Disclaimer for DS:CC mentions the ICI agent mixing Vitalus in the Mordesh's final meal so she can actually taste the food--albeit a fleeting taste, but still.
The Devs in the Pilot Livestream confirmed that there are different options for the Vitalus Serum chambers that'll be available in character creation.
Yeah, Mr.Brofessional said that you can't toggle them all on/off but there are pre-made sets with different tank locations and you can customize the color of the fluid.
Sometimes i want to play exile because of Mordesh and Granok... they are really cool. But if i roll exile i can't kill Aurins... sad.
You could kill Chua instead, and, honestly, that's an even better target.
But i like Chuas!
No, that's just the effects of the new mind control method that they've been testing.
Whenever you think they're being cool and endearing, it's actually just them farting in your mouth.
heeeeey hoody!!!!!!!!!!!..............i hate you ...............just kidding!!!!
why......just why........-shaking my head-
Nothing will beat Aurin hunting. Don't let the Exile trickery get to you!
