WB3 Esper Minion Bomber Was thinking about how in my previous build, my Ranks in the Utility abilities didn't reflect my investment in their AMPs, and decided to make another PVE build for more consistent emphasis in Assault/Utility. Basically, by stacking +Crit my Quick Response* should lower the CD on Fixation, both of which allow me to spam all my abilities, giving me more chances to crit, which triggers Quick Response. Meanwhile, my Spectral Swarm, Geist, and Figments* are all being incredibly distracting, while my Reap has 30 seconds to do lots of crits and snares. If by some disaster I am CCed, (especially Rooted, Snared, or Tethered,) I get Armor from Iron Reflexes*, (and Absorption from Molasses*.) If I breakout, I get a Dash token from Breakaway*, which should help preserve my Max Shield Cap*. If my Shields fail, I will have to rely on Warden and Mending Banner to ensure that my Superiority* and Figment are triggering properly. Finally, lest we forget that the point of combat IS to kill the enemy, Haunt and Famine* lowers Magic Resistance. *AMPs Of course, I could be wrong about Reaper triggering Quick Response, in which case I will replace it with Telekinetic Storm. If THAT doesn't trigger Quick Response, I will be a Very Sad Rowsdower.
