This would TOTALLY be a game i'd become a founder of.

It has become pretty commonplace in newer MMOs to include some type of Founder title for anyone who pre-orders and/or purchases the game sometime soon after release. I would not be surprised if they do something similar.

I may have to pass since I just paid $200 to preorder Marvel Heroes and completely eliminate every reason to even play the game :p

I think those prices were too steep for what it offered. I'll just nickel and dime my way through that game. :roflamo:

$200 is pretty cheap compared to the $320 founder pack that Dirty Bomb's offering.

This recent trend of desperately average F2P games essentially selling alpha/beta access for ridiculous prices truly sickens me.
Yakzan, Kirathis and Mudfin like this.

Jeebus. They might as well wait for a good P2P game with a lifetime subscription offer with these prices.

    320? That's ridiculous.

I would be fine with a $200 Super Special Edition if I got a lot of extras, like the complete full soundtrack with cues and hardcover art book all in a nice box.

I would pay up to 200 dollars for WS, if it gave me some cool stuff in game, and some IRL loot.

Just regular purchase for me. I can live with out a title, mount, consumables or jewelry that won't matter very much. I will happily pay for the box and monthly sub (hopefully there is one) and earn my prizes as I go. But, hey, if people like to be fleeced ;) go ahead :).

To be fair, you get a lot of stuff for that $320. It looks very similar to the Kickstarter packages I've seen.

I was actually gonna pay that too...but they're no longer offering BETA access.
For $200, i'd at least want BETA access.

Which was kinda what i'm hoping for with Wildstar.
I'd happily pay for BETA access.
